This question does not arise with the BHT-1700. Because it can do both. The touch display with its 4″ is at the maximum limit of a handheld terminal with keyboard and provides a perfect task overview. However, the user can also switch to the keyboard at will. The high-quality acrylic keys are large enough for secure typing, while at the same time the entire keyboard is narrow enough for one-handed operation.

With the BHT-1700 Handheld Terminal, users don’t have to do without the familiar features of a smartphone. Making calls, going online or taking photos are all possible with the BHT-1700. Apps can also be downloaded and used via Google Play thanks to Google Mobile Services and, if desired, limited to company-relevant applications using Add Blocker.
